Shipping Fee
Free standard shipping is available for orders over $35. Shipping fees for smaller orders will be calculated at checkout.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking number and tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking data to update.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to have a pleasant shopping experience with DooWay. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days after you receive your package.
Items must be unused, unwashed, with original packaging and tags intact. Any damaged, worn or altered goods cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items
Clearance / sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Process
1. Send us a return request through the Contact Us page with your order number.
2. We will reply with return instructions within 2 business days.
3. Ship the item back following our guidance.
Please do not send returns without prior notice.
Return Shipping Cost
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrives defective or wrong item was delivered.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect returned goods, refunds will be processed within 1–2 business days to your original payment account. Refund arrival time depends on your bank’s processing speed.
Exchange
If you want an exchange instead of refund, please clearly state your preferred replacement item in your message.
